Can I get a trade-in value for my car before we make it into the store?
We know that life gets busy and you may want to get your research started before you can physically make it into the store. We aren’t able to give you a firm number on your vehicle until we can check it out in person. What we can do before your visit, is give you an educated guess. Ask us to send over the trade-value form to you so that you can get an idea of how much your vehicle is worth.
Can vehicles be moved to different Lovering stores?
We are happy to move our pre-owned vehicles for our customers. We simply ask that you call ahead of time to set up your appointment and let us know that you are interested in having a vehicle moved. We like to give our drivers a minimum of 24 hours notice just so that we can make sure we have everything settled for your visit with us!
Is there a warranty on a pre-owned vehicle?
Sometimes there is warranty leftover on a pre-owned vehicle from its manufacturer. We here at Lovering also have our own warranty. We warranty all of our vehicles that are 7 years old or newer, and have less than 100,000 miles on them. With 3 days to return the vehicle for your money back, and 30-days to swap the vehicle for something of equal or lesser value on our lot, you can rest assured you’ll be happy with your choice.
Should I lease or purchase my next vehicle?
Purchasing and leasing are both great options, but one option may be better than the other, given your situation. We suggest a vehicle purchase to our customers who like to hold onto their vehicles for a long time, like to drive endlessly, or even those who like to modify their vehicles. The car is yours to do as you please.
We recommend leasing to those customers who drive in a close proximity and are comfortable with a 10,000 mile yearly limit. Leasing a vehicle means that you’ll always be in a new vehicle; never more than a few years old. You’ll never be tied down, because if you dislike the vehicle, you’ll be able to trade out of it in a couple of years. If you love the vehicle then consider it an extended test drive. You can purchase the vehicle at the end of your lease!

What is upfront pricing?
Upfront pricing is Lovering’s way of making the car buying process easier for you. We display our prices online and on the lot, and you’ll get a great deal right from the beginning. You won’t have to haggle and negotiate when you visit. It’s one less step in the process for both parties.
Should I apply for financing before I make it into the store?
Before you apply for financing, we recommend that you check out the vehicle first, so that you can make sure that it is something you are ready to move forward with. We know that applying for financing impacts your credit, so we are only looking out for you! Can I purchase a vehicle from Lovering if I’m not a New Hampshire resident?
Simply – of course you can! We work with out-of-state customers all the time, and it is something we are very familiar with. If you find a vehicle that you are interested in, please let us know where you’re coming from and we’ll walk you through the process.
